Gregory Milano

As the President of Milano Builders, Gregory has been instrumental in shaping the business’s reputation for attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. Prior to starting the company with his brothers, Gregory worked overnight as a manager at Pathmark while attending Monmouth University, then College. He received his accounting degree, which has helped him throughout his entrepreneurial journey.

During the four decades of building Milano Builders, Gregory also built his family. His greatest pride is that his wife, Edie, was able to stay home and raise their two girls, Mikaela and Makenzie. He spent many years visiting Myrtle Beach and Disney, creating memories with both girls that have now expanded to include his two grandsons, who call him Big G.

Gregory has worked on numerous homes throughout Monmouth County, including some of Rumson’s largest estates. He has also been involved in various commercial projects, including two medical/office buildings in Wall Township, B2 Bistro in Red Bank, and 26 West on the Navesink in Red Bank, which he also owns.

Steven Milano

Steven Milano is the Vice President of Milano Builders, having started with the company alongside his brother in his late teens. Since then, Steven has helped numerous clients create their dream homes. Focusing primarily on homes in southern Monmouth County and Ocean County, he has become an expert in coastal construction. He has helped numerous clients navigate building on the waterfront or in flood zones since Hurricane Sandy and is an expert in ensuring that clients’ dream homes are fit to withstand future storms. Steven himself is a long-time resident of the Jersey Shore, where he raised his three boys, Christian, Zach, and Steven Paul. Zachary is following in Steven’s footsteps as a project manager at MB while Christian and Steven Paul have paved their own paths in finance and social media. While Steven’s days of coaching his sons’ basketball games and school functions are over, he still enjoys golfing and vacationing with his family, as well as a nice glass of bourbon and a good cigar.

Tony Milano

Tony Milano has lived in Monmouth County for the majority of his life, growing up in Tinton Falls and graduating from Monmouth Regional. He has spent many years learning the business from both of his uncles, starting with various tasks around the job sites and working his way up through the ranks. Today he serves as a project manager overseeing end-to-end site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project execution across commercial and residential developments for Milano Builders. Combining a lifetime of local roots with hands-on, field-tested experience, Tony ensures every project is delivered with structural integrity, quality craftsmanship, and strict adherence to schedule and budget.

In his time off, Tony enjoys golfing, basketball, and cooking.

Zachary Milano

Zachary began his construction career in high school, where he found a great interest in woodworking and furniture making. After graduation, Zachary spent time in a position focused on project takeoffs, estimating, and estimating for large-scale commercial projects and pricing. Through this experience, he expanded his knowledge and found a new appreciation for the level of detail that clients require. He has now returned to the family business as a Project Manager, where he works side by side with his father and uncle to see each project through to completion. On any given day, Zach coordinates supply deliveries, manages timelines, serves as a liaison to clients, oversees contractors, and works diligently to ensure that every aspect of the build meets the highest quality standards. He is excited to continue learning and growing with the company, with the goal of one day taking over the operation with his cousins.
